Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the specialized nature and safety-critical certification of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) in the original box with all tags attached. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA email. For protection, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

Refunds
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may then take your bank or payment provider 3-10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
