We strive to display product colors, features, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, manufacturing batches, or product enhancements. Product availability is subject to change.

Safety-Critical Products Notice: Certain products, such as Fire Boots, Internal Metatarsal Boots, and ESD Shoes & Boots, are certified safety equipment. 4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email after payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by your country’s authorities on your purchase. Georgia Boot Store is not liable for these additional charges.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. All orders are processed from our facility in Fresno, California, USA.

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Cost: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these terms. Key points include:

• Eligibility: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and certification integrity, ESD Shoes & Boots, Fire Boots, and Internal Metatarsal Boots cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Final sale items are also non-returnable.
• Process: Returns require a pre-issued RMA number. Contact [email protected] to initiate.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund.
